What is the CQC - Care Quality Commission?

It’s possible that if you’re new to health and social care, you’ve never heard of the CQC. As a result, it’s important to understand who they are and the advantages of working with a professionally operated and supervised service.

The CQC is England’s independent health and social care regulator, whose mission is to ensure that people have access to healthy, compassionate, reliable, efficient, and well-led care services. They audit, track, and oversee these services to ensure that they meet basic quality and safety requirements. They publish their findings and assign scores to each provider.
